Luxury Guest Service Training
Turning service into personalized, five-star guest experiences.
This is the heart of what we teach: turning correct, polite service into a personal experience a guest remembers. Staff learn to read each guest, anticipate needs before they are voiced, and make every interaction feel individual.
The programme covers the guest journey from arrival to departure, and gives equal weight to what happens when something goes wrong: handling complaints calmly and recovering the situation so well that the guest leaves happier than before.
Who it's for: Front-line teams in ultra-luxury, luxury, and five-star properties, and the supervisors who lead them.

- Delivered in English and Chichewa, and assessed on what participants can actually do.

We assess your property's service standards and pinpoint where the guest experience can rise to a luxury level.
Design
We shape a programme for your line staff, supervisors, managers, and directors, built around your property rather than a template.
Train
Delivered on-site by professionals with more than six years of luxury hospitality management experience, in English and Chichewa, so it is understood and practised.
Certify and sustain
The property and every participant receive a globally recognised GECD-UK certificate, and in-house trainers carry the standard forward after we leave.
